These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dwellnivo website, online store, content, and related services. Dwellnivo is owned and operated by Qingdao Little Sugar Cube Trading Co., Ltd. In these Terms, “Dwellnivo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operating entity.

By visiting the website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here.

1. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least the age of majority where you live and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

2. Product information and safe use

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including available colors, materials, dimensions, functions, included items, power or charging requirements, and warnings. Props shown in lifestyle photography are not included unless expressly listed. Minor visual differences may occur as described in our About Us page.

Review and follow all instructions and warnings supplied with the product. Use compatible power sources, charging equipment, bulbs, and accessories only where specified. Stop using an item if it is damaged or creates a possible safety concern. Our products are decorative and practical lighting products; we do not guarantee a particular décor result, room brightness, mood, or other subjective outcome.

3. Prices, taxes, and promotions

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the order total shown at checkout apply to your order. Prices and offers may change before an order is accepted. Promotions apply only during their stated availability period and under their stated conditions; they cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

4. Payment and order acceptance

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location, currency, provider, or device. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing or inventory error, address problems, shipping restrictions, or unusually large quantities that appear intended for unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment is collected, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items to the original payment method.

5. Order changes and cancellations

Contact us at service@dwellnivo.com within 12 hours of placing an order to request a change or cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing or shipment has begun. If an order has shipped, the Return & Refund Policy applies after delivery.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, peak periods, incomplete addresses, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days after confirmed delivery and authorized before shipment back to us. The detailed conditions, exclusions, return-shipping rules, inspection process, and refund timing are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Our registered address is not a return facility.

8. Reviews and customer content

Reviews, photographs, comments, and other content submitted to us must be truthful, lawful, based on genuine experience, and must not infringe another person’s rights or contain misleading or confidential information. We may moderate content that violates these requirements. We do not knowingly publish fabricated reviews or materially alter a customer review’s meaning.

9. Intellectual property and prohibited conduct

The Dwellnivo name, website design, text, graphics, photographs, and product presentation are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use them commercially without permission. You may not use the site for unlawful or deceptive activity, submit false information, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with site security, impersonate another person, collect personal data without authorization, or abuse our services.

10. Third-party services

We may use third parties such as Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, carriers, analytics providers, customer-service providers, and advertising partners. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

11. Disclaimers and applicable law

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. These Terms are governed by laws applicable to our operating entity, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they live. A court, regulator, or other forum with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute.
